Call Handling

Call Handler training will enable you and your company to effectively handle calls from people with communication difficulties.  This course can be tailored for your particular business either local authority, police, citizen advice bureau or the private sector.

How to identify different types of learning disabilities and identify the individual needs of a caller

Identification, listening and responding techniques for challenging callers who may have specific communication difficulties

Use different strategies and responses to manage challenging calls
